ABOUT CAROLE HALLUNDBAEKEducator and author Carole Hallundbaek has been director of the Total Health Alliance since September 2008. A native New Yorker, Hallundbaek moved to Maine with her family in 2001. While in New York City she held program management positions with companies including NBC, US HEALTH, PBS National, The Hayden Planetarium and TIME. She also hosted a popular prime time TV program, greater New York's "Winds of Change."In Maine, Carole became an award-winning journalist and television producer on education. Her newspaper column Soul Proprietors focused on Maine entrepreneurs who changed their lives to better combine their professional work and their personal beliefs. She holds degrees from New York University, Maryknoll, and Fordham University. The Total Health Alliance provides a unique opportunity to use many aspects of her experience to help others "enjoy a more integrated, uplifting experience of health and vitality." |
